Default clear command

Clear command in rhel clears screen how is it doing all this something to do with memory clearing or what .Internal functioning in this command,pls. tell us.

Default

It just clears the screen without touching memory or anything else. On many system clear is nothing but a shell script, which calls tput clear command. On Linux it is executable file.
