sir i wanted to buy datachord (wireless internet ) what is thesoftware which help me in accessing internet through datachord since iam using linux os. if it is ther from wher ican down load it. please find out and tell me.

You need to provide more information -

1. Is it Laptop or Desktop system?
2. Modem interface USB or data card?
3. Your Linux distribution

Hi bharathi,

if u r connecting through Ethernet card, u don't need to install the utility or configure the ips and all.. u can directly access the internet with ur browser window.

if ur connecting through usb modem thn u hv to install the related modem sw for that..

one more thing i want to tell, i dont think BSNL is providing modem sw package for linux version.

if u need further clarification just scrap me......
