Default installing gcc compiler on puppy Linux

Hi,
Can anyone help me on this. I am trying to install gcc compiler 4.3.2 onto puppy linux. But the thing gets stalled. Giving just a line saying that path to cc has not been found. Any one has the solution for this install thanks.

To convert Puppy into a complete compiler environment it is necessary to obtain the compiling add-on file that corresponds with the version of Puppy Linux in use, e.g. for Puppy 4.1.2 the corresponding file would be devx_412.sfs. More info below:
