can any one help me ...about listening song with Linux Enterprise 5 O/S....

I'm assuming that your sound card is working but you are not able to play any mp3s. To do that you need to install plugins and software. These are not provided by Redhat. Try following tutorial to install all multimedia software on RHEL 5:
Red Hat / CentOS Linux: Enable and Install Media, CD / DVD, Moive MP3 Players

u can hear the test sound from ur speakers
by using this command in graphical mode
then
download vlc player with all its dependencies for Audio and Video purposes.

and use --nodeps while installing arts-1.5.6-3.el4.i386.rpm i.e
all dependencies r included in the vlc folder so search it thoroughly.
else
ur sound card is not detected by the OS. and u need to do it manually.
