Install deluge GUI client using RPMForge repo:

Code:
rpm -ivh http://packages.sw.be/rpmforge-release/rpmforge-release-0.3.6-1.el4.rf.i386.rpm
Install deluge
Code:
yum install deluge
Now you can run deluge from a shell prompt or gui menus:
Code:
deluge
More info:
  1. Red Hat / CentOS Linux: Enable and Install Media, CD / DVD, Moive MP3 Players
  2. https://rpmrepo.org/RPMforge/Using

RHEL / Centos is more suitable for Server and workstation (corporate desktop) stuff. If you need multimedia and other stuff with cutting edge software use any one of the following
  1. Fedora Linux
  2. Ubuntu Linux
