Jeos 8.04 starting problem immediate after installation
Hi folks,
Has any folk tested Jeos 8.04; http://www.ubuntu.com/products/whati...on/jeos]Ubuntu Server Edition JeOS | Ubuntu Having tried hours to install Jeos without results. Installation went through without complaint. On booting after installation Code:
Starting Loading, please wait .... Check root= bootarg cat /proc/cmdline or missing modules, devices: cat /proc/modules ls /dev Reading all physical volumes. This may take a while... Alert! /dev/mapper/satimis.com-root does not exist. Dropping to shell! BusyBox v1.1.3 (Debian 1:1.1.3-5ubuntu12) Build-in shell (ash) Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands. (initramfs) I did download the iso image twice, burning new CDs. CDs also checked before installation began. Can't find a solution. Any advice. TIA B.R. satimis
