Hi,
I have made some changes in /et/passwd file is there any command which will help me to update the recently made changes in this file without rebooting my server. Thanks in advance. Shrikumar

what ever changes made in /etc/passwd file does not require reboot.
For (eg) if i changed all the fields of a user in /etc/passwd there is no need to reboot the machine it will get automatically updated is that.
