Default Command to find out exact hardware in the server

Hi Folks,

Do we have any command in Linux which gives us the detaild information about the hardware present in the server. It should give the same output as prtdiag or prtconf command in solaris.

Try the following:
  1. Linux list hardware information
  2. Get Information About Your BIOS / Server Hardware From a Shell Without Opening Chassis ( BIOS Decoder )

Not sure how much info you exactly need, but dmesg command alos gives out the hardware info of your machine.
