Default Environment for setting up a RHEL5.1 server

hi all,
My friend would like to setup a small company with 100 sytems (60 are windows+40 are linux) approximately. Now we need to have a server running following services like FTP,APACHE,SQUID,SAMBA. Can you suggest me the best way to implement this??We started recruiting employees who is good at LINUX System Administration but still can any one of you give me the overview of it??

Is it better to run all the service on 1 server or run each service individually on seperate server!! Mention the advantages and disadvantages...

Thanks,
Pavan.

If you can afford it is better to run service on differnet server for security. For e.g, run FTP / Apache on one server, set file server Samba / NFS on other and Internet server such as Mail / Proxy on one server. You may want to setup centralized authentication server such as OpenLDAP or Fedora directory server for all clients.
