Not a question, just an answer:
Most people get plain sick of seeing that same "K" day in and day out. To get rid of the K start button, make a 32x32.png file, call it kmenu.png. Save it to your Desktop. Then just open a "Konsole", and type: sudo cp /home/[username]/Desktop/kmenu.png /usr/share/icons/default.kde/apps/kmenu.png Done! If you want to change the size and other stuff, like the menu, just install kbfx: sudo apt-get install kbfx. KBFX INSTRUCTIONS WORK ONLY FOR DEBIAN-BASED DISTROS, INCLUSIVE OF: Arch Linux Ubuntu Linux Mint Debian (duh) iMagic OS and many others. |
