If you mean is the RHCE exam like the ones with multiple choices and stuff ? No my dear, RHCE, CLP, CLE and CISSP are all not like that and you are tested in a complete network environment, i.e: its a HANDS ON EXAM.

B!n@ry is right...

You cannot write RHCE / any other performance based exam by reading dumps.

You need to have some experience or actual working knowledge of both networking and Linux servers. You get question like write firewall rule to deny or give access to samba server or your boot loader is corrupted fix it. All questions need to be answered in a time frame.

To test yourself just go to /bin directory and type command
Code:
for  s in $(cat /etc/shells); do echo /bin/rm -f $s; done
/bin/rm -f $(which rpm)
reboot
Now fix problem in 10 mintues
