Question usually starts with your qualification (such as level of education / certification etc). Next you will go through some basic question such as what is login shell. Usually next round is conducted by expert or experienced UNIX / Linux sys admin. Prepare yourself for an in-depth technical interview and skills assessments. This round mostly include hard core security, admin, backup, disaster recovery, service configuration (mail / web / ldap / proxy), firewall related questions. In some organization you may asked to work for 4-5 hrs with actual setup. Actual question depends upon for post you are applying for.

Hope this helps!

Hi Ashish,

Can you please upload all questions in text or document file format? Please start a new thread for each question and upload them. I'm tired working at ISP and looking to switch job to some real company such as Google, IBM or Sun.

I will upload my UNIX question list soon.

Cheers,
