How's everyone doing today?? All good?

Well, I have a question, and I don't know where to post. So, I post in here and hopefully I'll get the replies.

I have a basic background of C++ programming. Actually, I took c++ 5 yrs ago when I was in college. All I can remember is very basic functions and if/for/swich/while statements. Other than that, I am lost.

Now, I feel interested in doing web development. I got Apache/Mysql/PHP installed on my SuSe10.0 linux machine. Everything is working just fine. So, my question is, do you guys in here know the good PHP book that it fits for me the best? I want to start from beginning to all the way up advance level. I need the book that shows the sample codes of each script and prints out the screenshot of each output. That makes more realistic for me, I think. I did google around and there are tons of php/mysql books out there. I know there are a lot of experienced php/mysql programmers in here. Please recommend me to the right books. Thank you very much. I really appreciate that.
