If you have more than 2-3 printers, you can easily load balance (pooling) print jobs using CUPS print queues.
a) First create a printer class visit webbased CUPS config url http://server-ip:631/ or http://localhost:631/. b) Select classes tab to create a class c) Select printers to this sclass d) Setup this class ad the defult class. It make sure that the print jobs are distributed evenly amongst the functioning member print queues within the class. Have a fun
