suse 9 firewall

Suse linux has Iptables - a software based firewall. It is more than sufficient to protect LAN or single server.

I recommend using GUI tool such as Firestarter for Suse Linux.

Did ya downloaded software? if not plz download and install the same for suse. Once installed start in from menu or by typing command:

Vivek! is firestarter is dedicted to suse distro only? and why don't you recommend using Webmin?

No it is not dedicated to Suse. It was recommended because it is easy to use and setup for a new user.

There are many such tool exists for the same job
