If everything is configured, use ftp / sftp client to upload script and you are ready to go. What kind of scripts? Custom made? Blog software? Forum software?

The script I'm planning on installing is called awl10 its an ebay clone script.

You should be more worried about a working LAMP stack than getting the scripts on the server.
