Default Remote setup tutorial

Hi folks,

Could you please shed me some light where can I find relevant document re. remote setup/configure server via Internet. I have no problem to setup/configure server remotely on Intranet via ssh. TIA

better questions helps understand the problem better.
are you trying to install linux/bsd on a remote machine?
few ways:
windows host with TS: login batch script which tells how to fetch the files from the base or binary
linux host with ssh: you know it better
windows host with TS: rsync/git/debootstrap/cvs/svn via cygwin google up for how to's
linux host with ssh: rsync/git/debootstrap/cvs/svn google up for how to's

Hi Tux-Idiot,

Thanks for your advice.

What I venture to find is whether remote installation/configure can be performed via a browser running on Linux/Unix box ?

bulls eye mate! YTMND! (you the man now DUDE!) bingo!
if you are using debian? then the answer will be debootstrap or microdeb or udeb you can not only build the root but also you can also build the base root from pieces and woods!
Re: What is a .udeb file? aka udeb
