I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to create a application that you could "mount" which would act as an intermediary between a sql database. This way people could open and edit "files" which would be generated from the sql database and when they saved them the program would parse the data back into the database.
The idea here is that it would allow people to use an editor of their choice instead of something integrated into an custom application. Also all the data would be in xml so marking it up so it could be parsed out again would not be difficult. Hope someone has an idea. Thanks |
