hello every1!!!
hv a lil prob here!! well,i set up a samba share(rhel 5) with 4 systems runnin win xp!! everything is wrkin fine,but the issue here is that, when i want to access the share,and i enter the password and the username frm wid in xp,and i dont hv to enter the username and password till next reboot!!i can jus go back and enter the share again without the password and the username!! so what i want is that every time i go into the samba share it shud ask for the username and password!! plz help!! thanx!! |

You need to put a time out command in the global settings, if you set it to x mins then it will clear the session information, something like:
machine password timeout = 60000 |
