Do you own public IP space (in most cases ISP do reverse ptr entry, but if you've direct allocation than only you can setup reverse PTR) ? Or is it for private ip space?

I have a public IP, it's the IP alocated to VPS by hosting company.
Most VPS provider create an reverse ptr for the public ip. Contact your vps provider to create an reverse ptr.
