I have a query about modules loading in cent os, i have encouter a problem while loading a modules which is'nt in kernel modules. manuly i know how to load the moduel, while i was trying to search ansers one article in which vivek has illustrated the automating or loading module at the boot time, which isn't working. it will show an error unable to load module in /etc/modprobe.conf and the line in which the module name is mentioned. can any one suggest me how to reslove my issue. I have cent OS 4.0 Kernel ver 2.6.9-55.El I am having USB modem which of class cdc-acm, i need to load it at boot time. how to intergrate it. suggest me. Regards, Muralidhara K |
