    give me the idea about ticketing tool? send me snapshots of handling the issues generated by the clients
    by using the ticketing tool.give me some examples of ticketing tools?

    Kayako help desk is a great product to assist clients via Ticket System and Live chat system. They have three variants for help desk systems. You may check their website . I can not post here the link of their website but you can search on google for Kayako help desk.

    I would not recommend Kayako personally.

    I have used them for 10 years. It was ok with version 3. They are a disaster since version 4. Bugs will not be fixed in 2 or more years. The software is very buggy and even insecure.

    It works, but the development is so awful slow that it takes them years to add basic stuff. I still own my licenses but I moved along to something allot better.
