Hi
i have a problem with vmware installed in CentOS 5.2 i have a dualboot of centos with xp (same hardisk). amoung both 2nd partition of the hardisk is used for vmware machine folder. it is a NTFS partition I have mounted the NTFS partition with ntfs-3g utility in centos and can access the files and folders with read write permission here come my issue now. I tried creating a virtual machine in this ntfs partion from centos. the process goes till creating the virtual machine and if i power on the virtual machine it fails.... can u please suggest that what could be the reson to fail the vmware to get starting in a Linux machine by reading the virtual harddisk from a NTFS partition |
