i am trying to install Oracle10g R2 on RHEL 5. while install its exiting with error message like No suitalbe version found.

Regarding the installation of oracle10g as far as i know you cannot install oracle 10g on RHEL5 rather you can install on RHEL4. You can install Oracle11g on RHEL5. Pavan. |

Guys
You will be able to install oracle 10g in redhat 5 .You need to change #vi /etc/redhat-release change Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5 (Tikanga) to redhat-4 Now you wont face this version error |
