You need to use a program called AcetoneISO under Fedora or any other Linux like os.
Download of the day: AcetoneISO - extract, browse ISO and other CD/DVD formats under Linux

You can also use program called nrg2iso to convert NRO images to ISO images.

Question

I downloaded AcetoneISO manually from its website RPM for fedora 7 but my fedora doesnt have all dependies so i downlaoded all dependencies manually by doing RPM search , so even when i am installing each RPM of k3b and xbiso it says it is already installed ..

one more question if i have updated kernel of fedora 7 to fedora 8 should i download RPM for fedora 7 or fedora 8 ?

apt-get works on debian or ubuntu Linux only. For fedora use yum command or download package from official web site.
