Default segmentation fault redhat 9 etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit

Hi Vivek:

I am getting following errors after server getting power off without proper shutdown. Please help me to resolve this issue. Every time I ends up with reinstall the OS.

/etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit: Line 90: 53 segmentation fault LC_ALL=C grep -q /initrd /proc/mounts Configuring kernel parameters: Error /proc must be mounted To mount /proc at boot you need an /etc/fstab link like:
/proc /proc proc defaults
In the meantime, mount /proc /proc -t proc [FAILED] Setting clock (locltime): Mon Jun 11 10:45:59 CDT 2007 [ OK ] Loading default keymap (us): [ OK ] Setting hostname guardian: [ OK ]

Default where're u?

I've resolved this error in RH9.
Simply, i used a live CD (ex: knopnix) then copy 2 directory {/bin /sbin} from others RH9 computers.
