Default atal error. /etc/modules.conf not found

Hi ,
Anybody can help me on this .
I have installed Backup software (Mindi mindi-0.67-5.i386.rpm and Mondo mondo-2.2.5 ) in my RHEL4 box.

When i am trying to run the Mindi program i am getting erro saying that "Fatal error. /etc/modules.conf not found; you may have to create a softlink from /etc/conf.modules to /etc/modules.conf; of course, all good distros use modules.conf anyway..."

But i could nt locate the file modules in etc.

OS : 2.6.9-5.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Jan 5 19:30:39 EST 2005 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

Thnaks in Advance

The above error asks you to "create a softlink from /etc/conf.modules to /etc/modules.conf". Did you try that ?

I read somewhere that they use modprobe.conf in RHEL 4 instead of modules.conf . Try that.
