Default freebsd kernel module unload

How can I remove freebsd kernel module i.e. unload freebsd kernel module at boot time as well as after freebsd is up and running...

On a running system use "kldunload <modulename>".

To remove at boot time, press space bar at FreeBSD boot menu, press 6 to goto boot OK prompt here you can load or unload module

To load module:
Code:
OK load filename
Type unload to remove any module from kernel and memory

OK unload
