Are you asking for someone to attack to your network? Or for help protecting against a netcut poison attack?
If this type of behavior is occurring, you will need to speak to the admin / manager of the LAN.
To prevent this type of behaviour on your network the admin or you will have to configure the lan firewall like so:
1. Make firewall rules to drop ICMP unless you really need it (then make it available only for certain hosts)
2. Make static ARP entries with arp=reply-only
