I don't believe that you can do this.. you ought to have dns setup for your local domain and ddns/dhcp so that when your clients connect to your squid server, it logs the dns name of your clients.

Check out the DNS/DHCP/DDNS howtos on the web.

Then you can install/configure something like weblog to log/analise your squid logs and web access.
