Default gcc-4.0.2 not installing headers or libstdc++!!

Here is the script that I copy and paste into the consold to build gcc:

mkdir ../GccBuild && cd ../GccBuild && chmod 700 ../gcc-4.0.2/configure && ../gcc-4.0.2/configure --prefix=/usr/gcc-4.0.2 --enable-threads=posix --enable-shared --enable-__cxa_atexit --enable-languages=c,c++ && make profiledbootstrap && make install && make distclean && cd .. && rm -rf GccBuild

The build takes a long time and fully finishes. I look in the install dir and I find all the executables like gcc, g++ in bin. The headers dir has nothing and the library dir does not have libstdc++! There are no errors that I have seen indicating that the headers and libraries could not be installed.

What could the problem be?
