You can download vmware anr run Linix, BSD, XP, Windows server etc as Guest.

Download url : VMware Download Center, virtual machine, virtual server, virtual pc - VMware

Installation is pretty easy, download rpm and run

rpm VMWARE*
You need to provide details such as networking and others. Once done. From menu start VMware and Click on new VM and just follow on screen instructions.
