Exclamation Linux sync. out of range monitor error
hello.....

i changed my monitor settings and now my monitor is displaying "sync. out of range" when i boot in.
what should i do...???? i have installed red hat enterprise linux and have a Samsung Syncmaster 753S .
guide me pls
