Default How to find Free IPs in an Enterprise
How can we find 'Free IP Numbers" in an enterprise class environment.
Free means not assigned to any system(If an IP is assigned to a system and it is down , then consider that IP is assigned).

I need to Know IPs those are not at all assigned to any System.
