Default
Install OpenSSH on remove server and use putty from Windows XP or ssh from any UNIX/Linux system to connect remove server. Do not use telnet it is insecure.

SSH Server
Web Server
MySQL
Mail (Postfix/Sendmai/POP3/Imap) etc


You need only above softwares
