Default
Install deluge GUI client using RPMForge repo:

rpm -ivh http://packages.sw.be/rpmforge-release/rpmforge-release-0.3.6-1.el4.rf.i386.rpm
Install deluge

yum install deluge
Now you can run deluge from a shell prompt or gui menus:
