192.168.1.51 is a private IP address. To access office Linux server you need to have any one of the following:
a) Public IP address to Linux server such as 202.51.5.2
b) Portforwarding on office router to Linux server for port 22. So that when you type ssh router-ip you will get connected to 192.168.1.51 ssh server. This is also known as virtual server.
